You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at Queers Bar. We reserve the right to check identification and refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.
Queers Bar is a safe, inclusive space for everyone. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome — regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, ability, or any other characteristic. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and may result in a permanent ban.
Reservations are subject to availability. We may release reserved seating if your party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time. Large party reservations may require a deposit.
We practice responsible alcohol service in compliance with California law. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any patron who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable being photographed in LGBTQ+ spaces. Please be respectful of others' privacy. Commercial photography or recording requires prior written permission from management.
Queers Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Patrons assume all risks associated with visiting our establishment.
